Delivery, Returns, and Refund Policy

Order Delivery

Orders are delivered to various shipping companies within 24-72 hours, provided that the products are in stock and unless they are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In these cases, orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first working day after the order is placed.

Delivery times depend on the chosen payment method.

For payments made by credit card, shipping is covered by Montara BioLabs S.L.

If the chosen payment method is by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until bank confirmation of the transfer is received.

For cash on delivery payments, shipping is covered by Montara BioLabs S.L.

It should be noted that the indicated times are computed in business days and may be affected by local or national holidays.

For shipments to mainland Spain.

1. a) Shipments equal to or greater than 30 Euros Free shipping.
   b) Shipments equal to or less than 29.99 Euros
   Shipping fee of 5.50 Euros.

In shipments to the Canary Islands, unlike shipments to the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain, VAT is not included in the final price of the product. However, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving their order since, in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the General Indirect Tax of the Canary Islands (“IGIC”) and “Canary customs”. As a guideline, and in no case as a fixed rate, they usually charge between 15 and 30 Euros for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Papers, in addition to the corresponding percentage of “IGIC”. Likewise, we are not responsible for possible variations made by customs without prior notice.

Delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In such a way, Montara BioLabs S.L. assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a consequence of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate, or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company or postal service assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Montara BioLabs S.L. will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made within the agreed time and, if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, so no responsibility can be attributed against Montara BioLabs S.L..

Price and Validity of the Offer

The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT), although they do not include other taxes that may be applicable and will in any case be expressed in Euro (€). These expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance, or any other additional services and attachments to the product purchased.

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the final phase of the same. The customer assumes that in any case, the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real-time. In any case, this will always be communicated in advance to the users.
For payments made to Montara BioLabs S.L. , an invoice may be requested. This will be sent by email after verifying the registration details and requesting any new information that may be necessary.

In any case, the order number assigned to you and indicated in the purchase confirmation email should be mentioned in the subject line of the message or to our customer service department.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The user will have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. For hygiene and health reasons, the return of any product will not be accepted once its plastic cover has been removed or opened.

Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized products or those that for hygiene reasons or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to this right.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, nexxusnutrition.com will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund its amount according to the payment method made, and if applicable, to send the new product:

• If the user made the payment by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
• If the user made the payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we will request an account number to refund the amount.

  You will receive the refund amount within a maximum period of 14 days from our receipt of the return or exchange product. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show the refund amount in your balance until the next month. Please note that COD shipments are not accepted.

All products offered through the website are completely original unless otherwise stated in their description.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed or interpreted according to Spanish legislation in matters not expressly established. Montara BioLabs S.L. and the user, provided the current legislation allows it, agree to submit any disputes that may arise from the provision of the products subject to these Conditions, expressly waiving any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
